Anyone know how to set up a food stand for the Saturday market?

OK there's a joke, and then there is crossing the line. I can take a joke just as much as the rest of them, but inferring that you adorn a face mask of a fellow forumite and use it during bedroom shenanigans is a bit over the top. Can we please reign it in a little?

Louisa.

I think if we all have to suffer you banging on about wielding your dildo whenever you feel like it - often before the watershed - then perhaps you're not the one to deem what is and isn't acceptable.

Just for the record - I do not wear a face mask of Dulwich Fox when engaging in rumpy-pumpy. I use - of course - my masks of El Pibe and Seany Mac. Though they're getting a bit tatty now.

*Bob* I've not wielded a dildo or any other adult toy on this forum or anywhere else in a long long time. So I reject your comment wholeheartedly.

I miss El Pibe and SJ a lot. Back in the day we had our spats but we always agreed to disagree and shook virtual hands. How the forum has changed, just a handful of colourful old guard characters remain.

Louisa.

Like I said earlier..

I haven't been posting myself here recently and was talking about this to someone else

who was inquiring why The Forum was so quiet.

I said

"Well, myself and Louisa have not been posting. They have no one to mock or take the P. out of

and nothing interesting to say about anything themselves.

I bet you if I put up a couple of vaguely controversial posts they will all flood back."

The other person replied "Do you reckon.?"

"Yep"

And they did.. lol.

Even named *bob*

Who needs Ego..

Foxy..

85 posts in 14 days...?

No, you don't need ego Dully - just a delusion filter.

I was away in August - September and did not post for 15+ days

Selective reading -its spreading ..

My recent posts are mainly in reply to abuse thrown at myself..

Dah.

85 posts.. you counted them ??? lol.. How sad is your life . FFS.

DF

Oh I see, August is 'recently' for someone like you. This explains a good deal.

And no, I didn't have to 'count' them, there's a useful thing by the side of each post, a number; and the first post in October was number 85 - see how easy that was?

And the "abuse" you get (I would hardly call it that but you seem a little sensitive today) seems fully deserved to me.

You are a little bit of a knob you see.

fuck me you couldn't make this up....mind you, this coming from the poster who has been known to compare himself to Jesus/God. "vaguely controversial posts" lmao

predictable, laughable and I expect I will, of course, be berated for expressing my opinion. Where's Sean when you need him?

Careful Foxy, the clique (hunt) are gathering and circling

Was not sure where to post this as EVERY where I post someone has a pop...

Easy answer matey - stop being a dick.

I shouldn't worry too much about it though - the new site has plans to reinstate the 'hide specific users posts' so I suspect you'll be bothered a lot less. (non-ironic smiley)

Bloody great news!

What about the password to the secret room? Got your invitation yet?

Ah yes - the magic moment when you (ie "me me me") discover that - contrary to your peculiar belief that a whole load of people only 'burst into life' when you post - they all put you on hide on day one and you never see or hear from them again.

I personally don't care if washed up little old me gets hidden by everyone. I happily talk to myself most of the time anyway now I'm caged in the lounge (uh-hum Admin), prevented from interacting with my buddies in general issues so yeah, couldn't give a toss either way. Block me BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCKKKKKKK me!!!!!!!!!

    • From the sign. Turn left up Peckham Rye, turn right onto Barry Road, straight across at the lights onto Eynella Road which leads you to Court Lane and Dulwich Park. You could turn right here and Dulwich Village is at the end of Court Lane. Of course you could stand by the sign and be “Now here or Nowhere”
    • I know nothing about farming so can't really comment but when I read things like this interesting thread from Guy Shrubsole I am increasingly cynical about those making the loudest noise.  And yes it is a genuine link.
    • The top front tooth has popped out.  Attempted to fix myself with repair kit bought from Boots, unfortunately it didn’t last long.  Tooth has popped out again.  Unable to get to dentist as housebound but family member can drop off.  I tried dental practice I found online, which is near Goose Green, but the number is disconnected.   The new dental practice in FH (where Barclays used to be) said it’s not something they do.  Seen a mobile dental practice where a technician comes to your home and does the repair but I’m worried about the cost. Any suggestions please? Thank you
    • So its OK for Starmer to earn £74K/annum by renting out a property, cat calling the kettle black....... Their gravy train trundles on. When the Southport story that involves Starmer finally comes out, he's going to be gone, plus that and the local elections in May 2025 when Liebour will get a drumming. Even his own MP's have had enough of the mess they've made of things in the first three months of being in power. They had fourteen years to plan for this, what a mess they've created so quickly, couldn't plan there way out of a paper bag.   Suggest you do the sums, the minimum wage won't  be so minimum when it is introduced, that and the increase in employers national insurance contributions is why so many employers are talking about reducing their cohort of employees and closing shops and businesses.  Businesses don't run at a loss and when they do they close, its the only option for them, you can only absorb a loss for so long before brining the shutters down and closing the doors. Some people are so blinkered they think the sun shines out of the three stooges, you need to wake up soon. Because wait till there are food shortages, no bread or fresh vegetables, nor meat in the shops, bare shelves in the supermarkets because the farmers will make it happen, plus prices spiralling out of control as a result of a supply and demand market. Every ones going to get on the gravy train and put their prices up, It happened before during lockdown, nothing to stop it happening again. You don't shoot the hand that feeds you. Then you'll see people getting angry and an uprising start to happen.  Hungry people become angry people very quickly.
