Muscle needed for gardening

As with everyone else it seems, I'm about to do a big clean up of our back yard but I'm not physically robust enough to do some of the heavier jobs, like digging holes for large plants, shifting junk etc. If the weather holds, I'd like to tackle this next weekend.

I've got someone who said they'd do it for ?9/hour (on the basis I supply any tools) but it isn't free on the dates I want - if you're free next weekend can you let me know your hourly rate please.
