Chippy or a locksmith?

I've got problems with two doors - one doesn't seem to latch properly, meaning I have to lock it to stop it from popping open of its own accord, and the other I have to heft my full body weight into to be able to get the mortice unlocked.

Do I need the services of a locksmith to sort the locks or a carpenter to look at how the doors are hung? Any recommendations for the relevant tradies?
