?It's in excellent mechanical condition and good to very good cosmetic condition (for it's age)

?I have all the service history for the last 3 years, which is basically all the service history. It's been looked after by the original supplying dealer, Sterling Motorcyles ( now Ride Me, www.rideme-london.co.uk) almost exclusively.

?It's just been MOTed ( it's got just over 12 months) and has a new rear tyre

?Runs brilliantly

?Battery is about a year old - nice and strong

?Has a indicator reminder buzzer

?Comes with a Givi Top Box (9months old) worth ?85, complete with all the keys

?Comes with a chain and a shackle worth about ?35

?Comes with two keys (importantly the brown master key, used to reprogram other keys)

You can't pass on Tax any more but the road tax for a year is just ?17. My insurance has been about ?100 (third party, albeit with 7 years NCD).

Has been used daily to get me to work and back (East Dulwich to Clerkenwell). Selling because I've brought a new Motorbike. Hand on heart, its a great scooter and I'm 100% happy to sell this locally, I was going to keep it as it's so much more practical than my new bike, bit my wife says she fancies me more on the new one (a Moto Guzzi) !

    • I do think that many social housing tenancies have terms written about flooring too.  They are often ignored but if you ask your local housing officer about that it could be worthwhile. I understand that you do not want to cause a fuss but if the noise from upstairs or nextdoor is unreasonable than you do not have to tolerate it.   The tenant next door might be a new tenant and it is worth their while to respect the regulations and be a good neighbour some people have just moved but have a secure tenancy. Others might be on a newer type of tenancy that is reviewed etc. My upstairs neighbours kids jump up and down from furniture onto the floor it is so freaking noisy and it gets on my last nerve but it is in usually done after 7am and before 9pm and some days it is quiet the noise is intermittent.  So at least I get a quiet night's sleep.   Which is a huge blessing.  To be fair we are not the quietest of homes either.  You are entitled to be able to have some peace in your home.  So don't allow others to ruin the enjoyment of having a lovely home.   Read the stuff in the Southwark website around environmental issues which I think explains reasonable noise etc.  If you don't follow it up it will never change.  Good luck 🤞
    • I'll do an order from Lidl in Sydenham if you ask nicely 😁
    • I love Lidl, but that would be a rubbish site for it, and there is one a short bus ride away in Camberwell. Where I will be heading to get my Christmas lebkuchen ❤️
    • I’m due with my second child in January and have been reflecting that it’s a shame you don’t do NCT or Bump & Baby with your second. We have some wonderful friends we met at baby class that my daughter has known since she was born, and I’d love my second daughter to have the same. I can’t see that a winter babies whatsapp group has been started so if anyone would like to join one please drop me a DM and I’ll put one together (or let me know if one exists!) Kate x
