Upright piano wanted

Hi there,

I am looking for an upright piano for my studio. I am looking for something with character, but hopefully something that has been kept in tune with a decent tone as I will be recording it. I'm not looking for a perfect high-end piano and of course, I'm also on a budget, hence my search here.
