Help with admin needed

I am looking for some help for a few hours a month - maybe 2-3 hours per fortnight. I run a small business and I'm finding it hard to keep on top of the paperwork. I need someone with experience keeping records, managing databases, and keeping track of payments. I can pay between ?10-?12 per hour for the right person.
