Terrace Front Garden Landscaping

We're looking for someone to re-build our front garden area and fence area. It's a small area, the house is the same design as this one on Zoopla: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/38162315?image=1

We'd like something simple and neat, and we need someone that can help develop our ideas. An added challenge is that the front door is quite a few steps up from the gate making it difficult to gain entrance with pram. We'd like to re-build it so the either the steps are wider or there is a ramp so it's easier with the pram.
