Emily Austen, hypnobirthing teacher.

I highly recommend Emily Austen?s services. Due to my early delivery, I didn?t do the hypnosis birthing plan, but I consulted her for advice on how to cope with painful contractions, and she was able to offer me valuable tips. Her detailed realistic plan really helped me deal with labour pains.
