Lovely 4 bed house right opposite Brockwell Park available for short let from Jan 2016 to August 2016.

We are going away for 8 months from early Jan until mid August 2016 and are looking to rent out our lovely 4 bed house. It might suit a family having building work done on their own house or who are between properties. Ideally we are looking for one tenant for the full 8 month period - though we might consider a shorter let for part of the period.

It's a spacious 4 bed Edwardian semi with a gorgeous huge light filled kitchen/diner, large sitting room, 3 double and 1 single bedroom and a south facing garden. It's available fully furnished.

?2700 a month ONO.

  As posted elsewhere Jojm is a superb plasterer, highly experienced and very good. And will either just get on with the job or, if you wish, have a good chat with you - he's a Dubliner so very friendly! I have either used him directly (once, for a biggish job, a couple of rooms, insulated plaster boards and finishing) and twice for neighbouring landlord where I arranged and saw his work completed expertly and efficiently. Recommended. He loves dogs too. If relevant...

You know a lot of these news sources exist because digging through annual reports is laborious and not immediately accessible to the masses. They're reporting on what Unite Group, a public company, is reporting. It's making something more digestible. They're not just making up numbers. They'd end up without much business if they were. PBSA is a big industry.
