Couple looking for 1-2 bedroom flat

Due to our landlord selling, my partner and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bed accommodation to call home from November or December 2015 (we have a bit of flexibility on moving dates). We love living in the area so ideally want to stay in or near Camberwell/Peckham/East Dulwich/.

We are both in our 30s and in full time permanent employment. Our budget is around ?1000-?1200 depending on the property. We are very tidy people - a comfortable home is important to us.
