Vespa Mechanic - Can you recommend one?

Is fair to say I'm having a couple of issues with my little Vespa and was hoping to get it looked at somewhere locally (as it won't move too far). Can anyone recommend someone?

Would highly recommend Honda rider behind the retirement home on Heaton Road I take kine their for any issues (had it off the road for almost 2 years and still passed mot first time)good luck
