small job for handyman...recommendations?

Hi, We are looking for a small job to be done - laying a level concrete base for a shed, about 180cm x 120 cm (6ft x 4 ft). I don't think it's a big job but we have two small children and just haven't been able to find time to do it ourselves...If anyone has a recommendation or is willing to do it, please pm or reply!
