German Fischer Alu-trekking woman's bike.

Brookes leather saddle

Shimano gears

Front suspension forks

Aluminium frame

Rear pannier rack

Mud guards

Bottle holder

Chunky tyres help with some track use

Adjustable handle bars

Solid feeling

In tidy condition. Some spots of rust on front cogs and bottom bracket needs tightening. Brake pads should be replaced soon.

It's quite a big bike so would suit a taller woman. This is my wife's bike and she's 5'2" and it's too gig for her (which is why we are selling it) I'd say it would suit at least someone who is 5'6" or taller.

These are quite expensive new

  There’s the yellow shop-fronted one, opposite Kahn’s. Some quite spicey stuff in there. Also there’s Lolak on Choumert Rd. Both are canteen-type restaurants 🤙

  My two girls currently go to Charisma gymnastics . In summary, my girls love it, and have really developed in their gymnastics - but I have to say, it is very very expensive. They sadly don’t provide sibling discount like most / other local children clubs do and I’m afraid with the amount of “gymnastic competitions” they run and which there is a hefty charge to enter as well as a fee for parents to come and watch their children compete (!) it really feels like they are just focused on making money. sadly, even with the amount of money that goes towards gymnastics, parents can’t even go inside to “watch” their children learn gymnastics as there is “no space”. I’ve told friends the same. Seriously considering looking at an alternative option.

  It's a large continent with very different food, what does OP want? West African, North etc etc.
