I was in the woods today and saw the posters for Peggy. There was a daschund in the woods today wearing a harness but it was with a couple and they were calling it 'Hero' I think so not Peggy I'm afraid. I am keepin an eye out though and will try to get to the woods again tomorrow so will keep an eye out for her.

Yes, bonniebird, now that you say it , I think it was Called Zero, not Hero! I just didn't want Peggy's owner to have false hope thinking it might be Peggy or to search for hours in the woods on a false lead.

I am concerned that parks and ckeaners are taking down descriptions for lost and missing animals. This seems cruel and unecessary to owners who will already be distressed. I am tempted to ask Councillors for an explanation.


I hope you are reunited with your girl soon.
