Dog found on Peckham Rye

A dog was found running loose on Peckham Rye common this afternoon by one of the dog walkers there. He was brought to us at The Neighbourhood Veterinary Surgery but we were unable to find a microchip.

Please pm me if you have any information as to who he might belong to.

That's terrible , what type of dog ?

He was some kind of staffie cross, lovely natured and wearing a collar so we know someone must be missing him!

was it a miniature wirehaired black and tan dachshund 18 months old missing from BELAIR PARK 7 days ago ?? she is chipped

No this is a male, staffie cross.

Are the park wardens aware of this dog ? Also most of the dog walkers and owners know each other so if just one walker could spread the word or a note put up somewhere saying found dog ?

Ooo. Yes fingers crossed , do you have a photo as I'll be back in the park Monday for my dog walk and certainly ask around ?!
