hello, I posted this in the lounge already, but anxious to reach a wider target audience. Help, is there anyone out there a tenant of Wandle, who can help me cope with the insouciance of this HA and the attendant exasperation and indeed despair commensurate with being a tenant of this misfit company? and ifperchance you are a happy tenant, how you achieved this state and how you maintain it??? Thank you !!

I could have written the exact same post about the Lambeth and Southwark HA. No help to you but you are not alone. Good luck! (PS. I put all my complaints through the formal complaints process to get to the Housing Ombudsman)
