size 2 or 3 wellies needed (regular, knee high type for a boy)

I urgently need a pair of wellies for my son's school trip as the school have rejected the ones we already own. I've tried several shops and had no joy getting some in his size, just thought this could be an option if perhaps your little ones have outgrown theirs.
