Lovely three bedroom victorian house in Sydenham to rent - available for five weeks 27th Sept-1st Nov. In Sydenham, near good bus routes and a few minutes to Sydenham station and/or Penge East. Sydenham High Street has some fantastic cafes, shops & restaurants and a huge Sainsburys at the bottom of the hill.

Two double bedrooms (both with double beds) and a single room with an underbed. A large sofabed is also in the sitting room.

Two bathrooms (one downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs). We have a large kitchen with a ranger cooker and a 7 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, drinks fridge, washer/dryer, microwave and all sorts of other kitchen appliances!

The double reception room has two double sofas, a L shaped sofa bed, a WiiU and a gas fireplace.
