I've created an EDF Pool for the 6 Nations. Usual suspects and a few less usual ones have been sent invites.

Any newly interested in participating please use the link to create a free Superbru account.

If anyone is interested in playing this year, please say so here. I don't want to create a Pool and send out invites if there isn't interest.

It a simple game of predicting results in the 6 nations. The closer you are to the exact result the more points you can win.

A bit of fun if you are interested in the 6 Nations and free to play.

Join EDF 6 Nations Prediction Game, my Six Nations Predictor league on Superbru! You can find my pool here:

or by downloading the Superbru Rugby app from https://www.superbru.com/get-superbru-rugby and searching for the league with code:

Woohoo !

Thanks, yes, I also thought maxxi would win it as the final matches looked like comfortable wins for Ireland, England and France, so any chance of winning would come down to the lottery of closest to the actual points difference. Thank goodness for maxxi and his leftfield predictions 🙃

I once enjoyed a Feb long weekend in Rome with work colleagues, a good time to go as there are less tourists around so minimal queuing to see all the sights. On the Saturday we found out that Roma were playing at home, so we took a bus to see if we could get in, and we could. Half-time refreshments were...mini pizzas !... overpriced and undercooked so felt right at home... 😁

Yes - I thought I'd struck Gold until a brain fart had me predicting an Italian won over Ireland instead of the other way around. Still, "If you can meet with winner's cap and wooden spoon and treat those two impostors..." etc etc.  Fine work RD and thanks Doc 😇

    • Personally I feel its a shame for the tree. The bridge looks pretty badly damaged-I just hope it does'nt mean the entrance from Dulwich Common/Lordship Lane will be closed for ages while they fix it.
    • This is such a shame for the bridge.  I wonder if anyone saw it fall, and when it was (at night?) Is the walking path through the woods still accessible?
    • Free range chickens &/ organic whole chickens are around £15-20 retail these days…  Given their credentials in hospitality etc I’d assume Norbert’s has sourced decent quality chicken, wholesale. The fact they aren’t saying anything about that on the menu or website seems strange…  if it were true it would help justify the price. Chicken & 2 x Chips - would work out £10.50 a head between 4… not bad if it’s decent quality chicken and seasoned well with care & skill
    • I have no lawn but still trying to get wild flowers to germinate. After a couple of years sowing seeds I've finally managed to produce some ox eye daisies. Still trying to succeed with cornflowers, vipers bugloss to name but a few. A couple of foxgloves are coming up. Its a gradual process for which we need lots of patience. Don't forget after No Mow May it's Let it Bloom June.
