Booked this company, after seeing good reviews on the forum. They took all the details including the return flight number etc and assured us that they check your flights,so they'll be there on time to collect you.They arrived to take us to Gatwick but didn't have the child car seat we had requested. Not a good start. Two weeks later we arrive back at airport at 1am, no car to collect us! Tried calling and texting, but no reply. Then a text asking 'who is this' 30 mins later we get a call from a man who said he had no booking for us and we had the wrong company! Assured him I did have the right company, described car and driver who took us, he told me that they didn't have an eight seater vehicle so they 'subbed' it with Keen Group. They don't tell you that when you book with them. So, 2am, freezing cold and a 1yr old stuck at Gatwick. Not a company I would recommend using.
