H Daniel, If Southwark Council did instruct a contractor to install this then it would be the councils responsibility to remove it and make good your wall even the contractor screwed up (no pun intended). Will be interesting to hear where this goes. Regards James. -

It’s from a long running Japanese RPG series I used to be seanmacgabhann then straferjack now sephiroth but what - and I mean this well - the f*** does this have to do with anything im going to suggest, like everything in jazzer’s life, it has no connection with anything but he continues to pluck at random strings to try and connect to… oh I dunno
