Lifting and relaying carpet

Hi,

I am looking for someone to lift my carpet, install 9mm plywood over floor and then relay carpet. Please PM me (1) if you have done this to your house before and whether you can recommend it or not and (2) if you know a good carpet layer to recommend. The carpet I bought is new and I wish the person who laid it had recommended this to me when I first had the chance.
