Edgar & Something or other

Bit surprised nobody has commented on the strange gold typography on the two refurbished properties on Upland Rd? Is it supposed to be a witty design feature or more likely part of the East Dulwich 'tossification'

Possibly the latter... No idea why it's on a house...

Because they look like houses, it doesn't necessarily mean they are houses in the traditional sense...
