We had trouble with it staying in our preferred height position (son probably a bit too big by then) so we fixed this by putting two screws through it which dealt with the problem perfectly. Still perfectly useable but just bear in mind that you can't adjust the height/slope (but still asjustable to fit different types of buggies). Free to a good home. Please PM me.

  SNTs don't, as you seem to imply, consist of just PCSOs. I've not been to one of these Cuppa things so can't speak of them.
