Desk Space in Brockley - Spacious Office

I work for a small website development company and we have spare office space in SE4 2PD - Brockley

Cross.

We would be looking for ?250 per month plus share of phone bill. Everything else is included. 24 hour access.

There are 3 people using the office and it could easily accommodate 10 desks but we are only looking for one more person as we would like to keep a seating/sofa area, break-out space and plenty of storage space. It is 70 sq metres.

It is very close to Brockley Station, which is a nice area. The 484 goes to the office from East Dulwich.
