Office Space to Let

Hello

I work for a small website development company and we have spare office space in SE4 2PD - Brockley

Cross.

We would be looking for ?250 per month plus share of phone bill. Everything else is included. 24 hour access.

There are 3 people using the office and it could easily accommodate 10 desks but we are only looking for one more person as we would like to keep a seating/sofa area, break-out space and plenty of storage space.

It is very close to Brockley Station, which is a nice area. The 484 goes to the office from East Dulwich.

We move in the 1st October.

We are in number 20 Brockley Cross Business Centre and we are moving to number 17. Endwell Road, London SE4 2PD.

We are having to refurbish number 17 which is good as we can lay it out as we want. We are getting new floors and keeping high suspended ceiling which gives the illusion of even more space. You can have a look any time you want - give me some notice and I will make sure one of us is in.

    • And that's good news for the existing cohort of state school children at those schools how exactly? A sudden influx of kids from the private sector will mean class sizes will grow and the most disadvantaged will lose out - remember a private school child moving to state is a double-whammy as they won't be paying the 20% tax and costing the state more for the state school place they will be occupying. Very, very unlikely - far more likely to make them even more elitist as it is the big schools like Eton (which massively skew the perception of private school in the minds of the masses) which will survive. It is the smaller schools that will struggle and many of those are not catering to the types who frequent Eton etc.
    • Hi!  I found a bank card on Ondine Road for somebody named Lynn. The bank is Asda money.  If this is you, please get in touch! Please include your surname in the response for security reasons 🙂 Kind Regards, E
