Iceland has been gone for sometime, I did see workmen in there today, can anyone let me know whats happening with the shop?

There has been an awful lot of work and road shaking demolition going on there today.

The tenants who were living in the flats above the shop have been moved out or left. I hope that James Barber continues to keep an eye on planning and any building work.

We have not heard what happened to the penthouse submission.

The bulk of the build cannot be used for offices as the use has been primarily residential for years.
