A lightweight stroller that is easily manoeuvrable using only one hand, with an ingenious single handed fold that make it a great all-rounder.

The toro stroller comes complete with underseat shopping basket, raincover, adaptors for the Maxi-Cosi Cabriofix and Pebble carseats and air pump

  SNTs don't, as you seem to imply, consist of just PCSOs. I've not been to one of these Cuppa things so can't speak of them.
