PILOXING uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. Weighted gloves are used to add extra resistance to the workout maximising cardiovascular health and toning the arms. The class consists of a 45 minute choreographed routine made up of boxing, Pilates and dance blocks. This is followed by 15 minutes of floorwork and cooldown. I guarantee this workout will challenge and energise you whatever your current fitness may be. Don?t be put off by the silly name!


Piloxing Knockout - a 45 minute high intensity class using body weight exercises, Pilates and functional boxing movements to hit all major muscle groups. This class is time efficient and will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and satisfied. With high intensity, plyometric exercises and short recoveries, if you commit to this class you will really feel your fitness levels rise.


Classes are all drop in (no need to book) and cost ?8
