It consists of a double bedroom with two floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, bathroom with bath/shower, WC & basin, hallway with more storage space built in, and a large lounge/kitchen with built in gas hob & oven, refrigerator and washer/dryer.

We are looking for a professional single or couple who will look after and enjoy our flat. Can be viewed by appointment. Rent would be ?1270 ex utility bills. A flexible initial period could be between 6 and 12 months to suit.
