We are delighted to announce that The Pilates Garden has re-opened in a new location. We are now based in the former location of The French Cafe on 38 Forest Hill Road, SE22 0RR.

Offering fully qualified and certified instruction on Pilates apparatus, such as reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair, Pilates arc, and other small equipment plus Matwork.

Group classes are kept small so that attention can be given to participants. Matwork classes have a maximum attendance of six and Studio sessions using equipment have a maximum of four participants per session.

Jen is also certified in pre and post natal Pilates, and runs specially designed pre and postnatal classes to help expecting and new mums stay fit before and after baby.

Whether you are interested in improving your fitness, correcting posture, rehabilitating from an injury or just wanting to try something new, The Pilates Garden can offer a programme that best suits your needs.
