Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat to rent for long term

My partner and I are moving out from a flat in SE22 at the end of October, landlords are coming back.

We live in Highwood close in a nice and quiet state, we would love to rent in the same estate, however , we are open to live anywhere else in East Dulwich.

We are looking to rent long term, hope you guys can help.
