Wooden play house with table chairs & kitchen ?175 wanted but make me a offer

We have a lovely wooden play house that cost a fortune only late last year it is in great condition very rarely used as we had scaffolding put up and now my son won't use it!! It's ideal for children age 2-6

It comes with a hand built foldaway table and 2 x colourful ikea children chairs , hand made curtains and blind ,chalk board and fitted pots , I'm also including a ikea light up cooker that cost more than ?120 with all the extras there is play food ,pots n pans and plates and all utensils , it is fitted with rubber mats on the floor and carpet or Lino would be so easy to put on top .it is also really easy to add a little light inside we used garden fairy lights and it looked so beautiful ( not included) This is a really nice red wood play shead that is raised from the floor by aprox 2 ft ,it has a varander compleate with hanging basket hooks and lanterns .it can all be fitted flat on the floor as you only have to remove the stilts . This will need to be collected and dismantled buy whoever is interested as we don't have a van to deliver ,collection address is SE26 sydenham please PM if interested
