I am sub-letting my double room between Camberwell and Peckham for the last 6 weeks of the contract 21st September - 30th October

It is a lovely double room in friendly house share with two guys, one works for a coffee company and there are always lots of freebees, and the other is studying anthropology at Goldsmiths.

The house is all newly refurbished, lots of kitchen space, a large bathroom, and a living room. There's also a small garden and decking area for hanging out in the sun. It is only a short 10 minute walk from both Denmark Hill station and Peckham Rye station.

Rent is ?720 a month, and includes

high speed WIFI (like, actually high speed). Room is furnished with a double bed, built in cupboard and bedside table.
