Wanted: Wheelchair for dog

Hi there,

I'm trying to find out if anyone might have a ' dog wheelchair' for our family dog ( who lives overseas). He has collapsed ( due to hip dysplasia & arthritis) and is unable to move anymore. Although he's a fighter, the reality is that he is 13, and the vets have said its only now a matter of time. We desperately want his last months to be comfortable and happy so were wondering about the option of getting a wheelchair but understand the costs are very steep ( around ?450), for a large breed dog ( Lab Cross German Shepherd). If anyone might know of an item that's stored away please get in touch? We are happy to offer it to an animal charity in due course.

but there are quite a few good dog-charities around...Battersea dogs home & all dogs matter,for example

they maybe able to help,or point you in the right direction......the best of luck...Jenny
