We went here, it's lovely and the food is AMAZING !!!

We had a lovely stay at fawsley hall in Northamptonshire. It's got a gorgeous spa and a really relaxed atmosphere. An added bonus is that you can pop into Bicester village on the way home.

Looks fab - but really want somewhere really close so as not to spend 2 hrs in car each way. Why are there no fab hotels in Surrey?!?

How about a stay in a either an old school posh or boutiquey hotel in London? - Presumably you tend not to do it as you live here but we've done it a couple of times and it's great to be like a tourist with minimum travel. Views harder to get though.
