Ashtanga Yoga, Thurs 7-8am - ?5 (& Monday's 19:30)

Hi all,

I have a brand new Ashtanga class starting at Victor's Lab, Peckham (Bussey Building, Rye Lane) this Thursday early morning, 07:00 - 08:00 to get you all stretched out and relaxed for the day! Open level meaning it's suitable for beginners and intermediates alike.

We have mats, blocks and straps, so just bring yourself - Look forward to seeing you there, just email me on [email protected] to reserve a spot.

Also, get yourself out of the rain and onto the mat this evening 19:30 - 20:30, with my energising Vinyasa Flow class! Same location, 19:30 - 20:30 (again ?5 for 1st class).

Both classes ?5 for your first taster class, thereafter ?10 (when block-booking 6 classes), or ?12 drop-in.

  Glad to hear that the cops are taking crash for cash seriously. The situation I am aware of the driver called the police, reported it separately as dangerous motorcycling, avoided all calls from 'ambulance chasers' and subsequently got a letter from the police saying it was an unregistered rider/uninsured rider. It was reluctantly reported to their insurers who actually did not put up the premium which was a nice surprise. So as stressful as it may be just hold firm, deny everything, take down details and report to the police.

  Eats Dulwich has just reviewed Arapina, including its hot chocolate! I assume they read the original first and very long post on this thread before almost all of it was removed. Interesting to have another opinion!
