Rainy Day - What to do with kids?

Any suggestions for a rainy Monday with a 4 and 7 year old?

Ice skating in Streatham, cinema, Horniman (although likely to be heaving). Dreadful weather, isn't it

Put on waterproofs and wellies, and go to park - splash in all puddles! Then home for nice hot drinks/biscuits?

National Maritime Museum has lots of interesting stuff for kiddies, though the caf? is outrageously expensive. I would opt for packed lunch or child-friendly pub. xx
