The room comes with the bed and chest of drawers, but everything else will be going. Rent is ?380 pcm, and bills are approximately ?80 pcm, including weekly cleaner for all communal areas.The house has a lounge, kitchen, utility area, downstairs shower room, upstairs bathroom and a great garden. You would be sharing with two guys and two girls, aged between late twenties and early forties.
