Drum teacher looking for teaching space

im looking for a space to teach drums in. If you have a place i can make noise in and that is fairly accessible please drop me a line. Looking for a couple of days a week to start off.

There is a studio next to the Palmerston downstairs. East Dulwich recording studios. Don't know how much they charge.
