Asset
The roof was extensively repaired not too long ago, picture shows a roof in good nick. Any damp issue presumably has been sorted now.It doesn't look derelict it just looks empty and in need of decoration and there's no accounting for taste in re. carpets. Cyclemonkey
Hmm the roof was repaired recently with no damp now but they couldn't be bothered to re plaster and paint the affected walls before putting but on the market for 1.2million.Call me a cynic but anything that Foxtons describe as a development opportunity is going to need more than new carpets and a quick luck of magnolia paint. ruffers
Has anyone actually looked inside this property? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/71658-6br-house-on-thorncombe-road/page/2/#findComment-893176 Share on other sites
Cyclemonkey
I get the impression that the OP was interested in viewing it. I'm just rubber necking in astonishment at the asking price. farrago
I am interested in viewing it, but I didn't get a call back from the estate agents so I went around to see the property from the outside and the postman told me it was definitely occupied as of 10 August. Those photos have been up since the original listing in the spring. So someone is living in the house.
