Laura Ashley - Woolwich building

Is it true Laura Ashley are interested in the Woolwich site? I have it on good authority from a close friend that they have been sniffing around ED and Dulwich for a while now looking for the right location. Another friend at M&S tells me this is one of their key sites. How the F shops at a place like that? Why cant it be Ann Summers FFS!
