Am posting on behalf of a charming, creative and conscientious couple in their late twenties who are looking for a one bedroom flat in SE22, SE4, SE15 or SE5 (not a studio)

They would like some outdoor space as they are keen gardeners.

They would be excellent tenants, and are looking for a flat to rent from 16 September.
