Small cat seems to be lost

There is small tabby cat hanging around outside our house in Ivanhoe road. Have attached a pic I managed to take as it tried to come into our house. We are concerned as it is getting dark and it is a small cat. We can't take it in as we have our own cat. Pic here: http://t.co/ExVXd3uuNB
