I can highly recommend Ali's clay workshops. We took part in one of her workshops a few months ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. My three year old got stuck in and was very proud of the face she sculpted! It is great to see that this is now a regular workshop!

Hello, am planning to come to this and thought i would bump it as there will be other's like me wondering what to do with this kids in this week off!

Have been to one of the one off classes with Ali and it was really good.

(Though we forgot to take our masterpiece home - hoping to remember it this time!!!)

    • The Council allowed The Co op rear customer car parking area to be built on and as a result, the roads around, had customers parking in their road. and the Councils answer to that is CPZ in the whole area. the residents of Ashbourne grove do not want CPZ, as they feel its just another stealth tax, and that the money is going into street maintenance, for which we already pay exorbitant High Rates. another income for life for the Council and will increase year on year like the garden waste bins and cycle bins.
    • How mean-minded to call the creative project of a group of enterprising youngsters, using their time productively 'foul'?  Surely taking the initiative to set this u,p so young people can be outside and exercising is a positive and productive thing to be admired? 'Underage drinking and drugs' are more likely to happen when young people have nowhere to go and nothing to do (plus they can take place anywhere!) . How is a derelict pub better?
