micromacromonkey
Jut as an fyi/recommendation:Had my bike (pedal bike, but not cheap) stolen from my bike shed in my front garden on Amott Road last month, they cropped off two padlocks. I have replaced the bike and was looking into the best security to stop it happening again, these guys seem to have the best kit and reputation:http://securityforbikes.com/products.php?cat=Ground+Anchor%2C+Chain+and+Lock+DealsIf you get a 16mm and upwards chain it is uncroppable with any portable bolt croppers, meaning they'd need to grind it off (noise) or smack it with a big hammer, which is impossible unless it's trailing on the ground. Their kit has some sort of insurance-approved rating for motorbikes if you get their anchor too.I got the 13mm chain which is 'virtually' uncroppable, and probably sufficient for a pedal bike, excellent quality stuff anyhow, and the ground anchor and padlock in the kit are pretty serious too. kford
I recommend this combination of chain and padlock, with a ground/wall anchor:http://www.bumpstop.co.uk/products/accessories/chain-and-padlock/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/70165-motorbike-stealing-gang/page/2/#findComment-926609 Share on other sites
