Hi - I'm looking for someone to help out five afternoons a week from September onwards in Herne Hill. I've got three children (7, 4 and a 4 month baby) and am looking for someone to help with pick up, after school activities, supper, bath time etc. I'll be around most of the time so there won't be much sole charge work. Will pay ?10 per hour. Please PM if you're interested. Thanks.

  The solution for the cost of duvet washing is for each person to have their own single duvet like in Scandinavia. Then you can wash the duvet in your own washing machine. Get a heated drying rack if you don’t have a tumble dryer.
