Trains affected by downpour

Just heard from my boyfriend in town that Victoria is flooded and therefore shut. He's struggling to get home and wondering if anyone knows whether London Bridge is open?

London Bridge looks to be open - not mentioned here and trains look to be running on the Live Departures albeit with delays:
