St Anthonys admissions

Has anybody living in Nunhead been given a place at this school, either recently or in the last few years?

When my children were there ( last one left two years ago) there were children who came from Peckham, Forest Hill, Camberwell and other places. However the admissions system has changed since then and it would seem there are far more children seeking primary school places locally which seems to have made the whole process more of a lottery for everyone. I do know that one of my son's friends has a little sister who has a place for September and they live in Forest Hill( and said friend was not an ex pupil). So you don't have to be literally living in Se22.

They have their school fair tomorrow, it might be worth popping along.

That's as much as I can say, other than perhaps talking to Father O'Connor.

The kids from Nunhead tend to go to St Francesca Cabrini School, as St thomas the Apostle church on Evelina Rd has strong links with the school.
