IKEA sofa bed and bookcase

I have an ikea sofa bed for sale for ?45. As you can see in the bottom right corner of a pic that fabric cover for sofa is torn. Apart from that it is in great condition. We need to sell it as we move and it is too hard to move it for both of us.
